i appreciated the clean pools , they were very well maintained. the staff were very kind , especially mohammed sehri from the restaurant team. the food was diverse and tasty , i liked it a lot.
the air condition in the reception was not working , it was too hot. there was no cute drink offered , it was a poor service. their beach is out of the hotel area , i think it's more like a swimming point.

The hotel rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Daily cleaning service was provided and included refilling of water, this was very convenient. The hotel beach was easily accessible with a free shuttle bus running seven times a day.
The internal phone line in my room did not work, I had to go to reception for all requests. The WiFi was very slow generally, and I had to pay for access in the room, though even then it often didn't work.

the restaurant staff was polite (i was grateful). the rooms were clean. i liked that the restaurant had buffet options for all meals. the variety made it easy to find something i liked.
the television channels went blurry when it was windy. the all-inclusive package had some limitations. alcoholic drinks required an extra charge after 11 pm. it was a bit disappointing.

My stomach wasn't good . i have visited many countries, but i had never been this unwell. i needed pills three times. A doctor even gave me an infusion. the room's air conditioning leaked water. The fridge had mold. the cleaning guy didn't clean it after i told him.
